CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations should be received in writing by the Secretariat.
The following cancellation policy apply;
From May 1 until June 4, 2012: 25% of the total amount is due.
From June 5 until July 2, 2012: 50% of the total amount is due.
From July 3: 100% of the total amount is due.
Refunds will be made only after the end of the Conference

In order to benefit from the reduced rates, the reservations must be done through the Organizing Secretariat. The hotel reservations can be made by sending the Accommodation/Registration form not later than July 3 2012. The rooms available are limited and will be assigned on the first come first served basis. Any change about the accommodations must be communicated to the Secretariat and will be accepted according to the availability.
